Insurance & verification

Is the watch insured while I have it?

Yes. Every rental is covered in transit and during your rental period. Coverage terms are confirmed before delivery.

What does verification involve?

A government-issued photo ID check and a brief identity confirmation, done through a secure verification partner after you submit a request. We never ask for ID uploads on this site.

How does the security deposit work?

A refundable hold is placed before delivery and released after the watch is returned and inspected. The deposit is set per watch and quoted on request.

How long can I rent a watch?

Rentals are weekly or monthly only: 1 week, 2 weeks, 1 month, 2 months, or 3 months.

What if it's damaged or lost?

Report it right away. Normal wear is expected. Damage or loss is handled under the rental agreement and insurance terms.

Are the watches authentic?

Every piece is authenticated and serviced before each rental.

What does an authentication include?

We inspect the case, movement, serial and reference numbers, dial and hands, bracelet and clasp, and any box and papers, then give you a written report of what we found. It is our independent opinion and is not affiliated with or authorized by any brand.

Can I ship my watch for authentication?

Yes. You can bring it in or ship it insured. Pricing is quoted on request.

Where do you deliver?

We're based in Wilmington, DE and serve the Northeast corridor with insured shipping and local handoff.
